Our sixth work party on October 22nd from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We'll be spreading ground cover and clearing land.  Volunteers should dress for the weather, wear work  boots or (shoes that provide stable footing) and work gloves.  

Directions: The park site is near Seattle Veterinary Specialists (behind Fred Meyer and Costco Home in North Juanita-Totem Lake area). From NE 124th Street, turn south on 113th Avenue NE (Marriott on the corner, QFC across the street) and drive straight until the road bends to the east, park on the street and follow the walkway, the park site is to the southwest. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST PARK ON THE STREET. THE LANDLORD OF THE CORPORATE CENTER ADJACENT TO THE SITE DOES NOT WANT US PARKING IN THE CORPORATE CENTER PARKING LOT.

To be at the park site working, the City of Kirkland requires a waiver, and we'll have those for volunteers to sign. Water and snacks will be provided.
